Recruitment Procedure


To recruit Filipinos, your company needs to be accredited to Allied through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Below is the list of POEA regulatory documents which need to be attested at the Labour Office and Philippine Embassy closest to your job site. Once completed, post your attested documents to our Manila office for accreditation at POEA.

Regulatory Documents

1. Job order*

2. Special Power of Attorney*

3. Sample Employment Contract*

4. Recruitment Agreement*

5. Commercial Registration (legally translated into English if needed)

*to be signed and stamped on company letterhead
